Project Manager - REMOTE

Role And Responsibilities

The Project Manager at Liviniti leads the coordination of multiple change programs and monitor projects such that cost, quality, plan, time, and benefits realization are controlled and achieved, through ensuring that all projects adhere to the best practices and standard approaches for project management. This position will require someone to have extensive experience in the PBM industry, including management of regulatory and compliance-related reporting and submission projects to state and federal agencies, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and adherence to applicable regulations. The Project Manager implements best practices to enable the successful delivery of a broad range of projects to stakeholders across the business. Main responsibilities of the Project Manager include scope and business case management; project vision and blueprint development; benefits and quality management; stakeholder management; project planning including milestone management and risk and issue management. Operationally, the Project Manager leads, provides, and enables project prioritization, management information, resource planning, decision making, and recruitment. The Project Manager has the authority to run the project(s) on a day-to-day basis. Verifying that the project(s) produce the required deliverables of quality, within the specified constraints of time and cost to achieve the potential benefits defined in the business plan.

Key Accountabilities:

• Ensure the successful implementation of Liviniti’s strategy, responsibilities, initiatives and deliverables.

• Leads and monitors project reporting and assists organizational leaders in reporting to Senior Management.

• Provide and maintain and drive the planning and resource tracking across projects utilizing Microsoft Teams and Microsoft Project.

• Develop and manage a portfolio of complex initiatives and projects that span one or more lines of business.

• Develop, update and maintain the strategic planning logs, posts, files, and initiatives.

• Provide quality assurance in line with defined Project Solutions processes.

• Works strategically, creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment.

• Understands interdependencies between technology, operations, and business needs.

• Leads and coordinates project closure to distil good practice and ensure lessons learned are logged.

• Build cohesion between all organizational departments and motivate them to produce quality work.

• Lead project planning, milestone management, scope management, resource forecasting; financial management; change management across the project portfolio.

• Develop and prepare regular status reporting to all levels of the business.

• Develop and ensure efficient change control methods and processes are utilized.

Relationship Management:

• Drives and leads the facilitation of project teams which will comprise of staff from across the organization.

Required Skills And Competencies

• Proven track record for planning, executing, controlling and closing projects and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with minimal supervision.

• Expert experience of leading the complete lifecycle of a project with project teams of 2 to 15 people.

• Expert experience of project management using AGILE methodology (or equivalent) for medium to large sized projects.

• Expert skills in creating and maintaining project plans, including risks, actions, issues, dependencies.

• Highly efficient in resource planning and tasks assignment.

• Highly proficient skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project, and MS Teams.

• Excellent written/oral communication skills for reports and presentations.

• Excellent interpersonal skills.

• Diplomatic ability to influence others at all levels of the business.

• Strong and demonstrated ability to build lasting relationships with key stakeholders.

• Expert ability to competently mediate disagreements and negotiate agreeable resolutions.

Position Type And Expected Hours Of Work

- Some flexibility in hours is allowed, but the employee must be available during the “core” work hours of 8:00AM to 5:00PM CST. We cover clients from West to East Coast, work times must be adjusted to cover meetings in all time zones. Ability to work extended hours, weekends and holidays pursuant with industry demands.

Travel

-This position could require minimal travel in the future.

Required Education And Experience

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a Business Management or Project Management discipline

• Five years business analysis or project management experience.

• Understanding of Agile development lifecycle
