Overview

Seeking a Technical Project Coordinator to support field service projects, including installations, upgrades, remediation efforts, and professional services engagements. This role serves as the primary liaison between field technicians, project teams, customers, and vendors to ensure projects are executed efficiently and successfully.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct pre-dispatch reviews with field technicians to confirm schedules, scope, materials, access requirements, and readiness.

  • Provide real-time operational support during installations and service activities.

  • Monitor project progress and ensure timelines and milestones are met.

  • Track project status and maintain accurate updates in project management systems.

  • Validate completion of deliverables and ensure required documentation is submitted on time.

  • Act as the main point of contact between field teams, customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
