• Conduct individual mental health counseling sessions via telehealth, ensuring ethical standards and a compassionate approach.
• Utilize solution-focused therapeutic modalities tailored to meet the individual needs of clients, ensuring effective treatment outcomes.
• Design and implement comprehensive treatment plans that address the goals and challenges of your clients, using evidence-based practices.
• Facilitate client self-discovery, helping them gain insights into their feelings, thoughts, and behaviors to promote healing and personal growth.
• Regularly monitor client progress, making adjustments to treatment plans as necessary while equipping clients with healthy coping strategies.

The primary focus of your work will be with stable, low-acuity adults experiencing a range of mental health issues. Our clients come from varied backgrounds and present with diverse needs. Your role will be pivotal in assisting them to develop the necessary skills to improve their overall quality of life. You will work with clients who may be dealing with anxiety, depression, stress, and life transitions, among other concerns.

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.
• You must hold one of the following licenses, which allows you to practice independently without supervision:
• Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
• Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC)
• Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW)
• No limited or provisional licenses; candidates with disciplinary actions on their record will not be considered.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and a genuine empathetic nature are essential.
• Proficiency with computer systems and telehealth platforms is required to navigate client records and therapy sessions efficiently.

A minimum of two years' experience in clinical mental health counseling is required. Experience working with diverse patient populations and delivering telehealth services will be considered an asset. Familiarity with solution-focused therapies and other behavioral interventions will enhance your effectiveness in this role.

Healthy Horizons Therapy LLC offers competitive compensation ranging from USD 90,000 to 104,000 annually, commensurate with experience and hours worked. Additionally, we provide a weekly direct deposit and a monthly healthcare stipend for full-time counselors.
