Mindful Walkway Counseling & Wellness Center is actively seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) to join our team in a full-time remote capacity. As a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker, your day-to-day responsibilities will encompass a range of critical functions, including:

• Conducting comprehensive evaluations and assessments to identify the needs of children and families.
• Actively participating in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSP) tailored to assist children with disabilities or developmental delays.
• Monitoring progress and outcomes of interventions in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team, ensuring the best outcomes for all children involved.
• Providing support and education to families, enabling them to understand and enhance their child's development through evidence-based practices.
• Fostering rapport with children and families in a nurturing learning environment to facilitate optimal engagement during interactions.
• Complying with all relevant federal and state regulations to ensure the safety and well-being of clients and staff alike.
• Utilizing natural environment teaching techniques and coaching models to empower families in their everyday settings.
• Offering consistent feedback and recommendations based on child development status and family priorities.

Your primary focus will be on young children, particularly infants and toddlers with disabilities or developmental delays. You will work closely with families, ensuring that they have the necessary tools and resources to support their child's growth in physical, cognitive, social, emotional, and communication skills. This role requires not only clinical expertise but also a deep empathy and understanding of the complexities that families face when navigating early intervention services.

To be successful in this position, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

• A Master’s Degree or Doctorate in Social Work (MSW/DSW).
• Current licensure as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in Washington State.
• A valid driver's license and the ability to travel as needed for client assessments or community outreach.
• A proven ability to adapt to various learning styles and needs, creating individualized treatment plans that cater to each child and family.
• Strong commitment to working within Natural Learning Environment practices.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills essential for managing multiple cases effectively.
• Strong communication skills that foster collaboration within a/team-oriented workplace.

Ideal candidates will also demonstrate the following preferred experiences:

• A minimum of one year of direct experience working with young children in early intervention settings.
• Fluency in a second language is encouraged, as this enhances the ability to serve a diverse patient population.
• A thorough understanding of federal and state regulations pertaining to early childhood mental health.

Mindful Walkway Counseling & Wellness Center offers a competitive salary range of $75,000 to $80,000 annually, commensurate with experience. Additionally, we provide an attractive benefits package that includes:
