• Conduct thorough assessments and screenings to evaluate clients' mental health concerns, identifying their treatment needs through detailed interviews and clinical evaluations.
• Develop personalized treatment plans that effectively address the unique challenges and goals of each client, ensuring a commitment to evidence-based practices.
• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, employing therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to empower clients in achieving their recovery objectives.
• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary team members, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and case managers, to deliver integrated, holistic care that optimizes client outcomes.
• Provide crucial education and support to clients' families, promoting understanding and encouraging active involvement in the recovery process.
• Maintain precise and confidential client records in accordance with regulatory and ethical guidelines, ensuring compliance with HIPAA standards.

You will work with a diverse array of clients, including adolescents, adults, and families grappling with various mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. Your role is instrumental in fostering a safe space for these individuals to explore their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors, driving them toward meaningful recovery and improved quality of life.

• Possession of a current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• A Master's degree or doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field is required.
• Demonstrable specialized training or extensive experience in mental health counseling and treatment methodologies.
• Robust knowledge of evidence-based strategies for various mental health disorders, demonstrating expertise in respective disciplines.
• Exceptional therapeutic and counseling skills, combined with the ability to establish strong rapport with clients, enhancing motivation and engagement in the therapeutic process.

• Experience working in an outpatient mental health setting, preferably with a focus on therapeutic engagement and recovery-oriented practices.
• Familiarity with digital documentation systems and telehealth platforms to ensure high-quality service delivery in a remote environment.

• Competitive annual salary in the range of $80,000 to $100,000.
