Premium Brands Services, LLC is seeking a Salesforce Commerce Technical Lead in Pataskala, Ohio.

Job Description: Develop and document technical solution designs and specifications that satisfy the functional and technical requirements for commerce implementation projects. Has experience in systems analysis, design and a solid understanding of development, quality assurance and commerce integration methodologies for Salesforce and ATG products. Work closely with customers, business analysts, and team members to understand business requirements that drive the analysis and design of quality eCommerce technical solutions. These solutions must be aligned with business and IT strategies and comply with the organization’s architectural standards. Architect, Designs, Plan, and Coordinates work teams. Leads and directs the work of others. May provide consultation on complex projects and is the top-level contributor/specialist. Actively involved in triaging and supporting production incidents and operations issues as it relates to salesforce and ATG solutions. Support (Production Support) existing systems to meet Service Level Agreements and user expectations including user communication, system/job recoveries, system/job performance and documentation. Assists efforts to define future state architecture and technical roadmaps for salesforce including architecture standards, guidelines, and industry best practices. Help and lead in establishing coding and unit test standards, source control repository, build management system and release strategy for the technical delivery team on salesforce ecommerce implementation projects. Responsible for leading, reviewing and accepting vendor delivered salesforce and ATG solution. Makes sure vendor is delivering eCommerce solution based on Ascena standards and quality. Responsible for developing POCs and setting examples on how a complex solution can be developed using Salesforce eCommerce technologies. Must have a deep functional understanding of salesforce eCommerce Business manager tool and should have used it developing, configuring, and deploying components using the business manager tool Salesforce eCommerce SFRA framework and understand the inner workings of it. Develop and troubleshoot issues as it relates to SFRA framework. Must have a deep functional understanding of salesforce eCommerce Business manager tool and should have used it developing, configuring, and deploying components using the business manager tool. Must have deep understanding and experience in using and troubleshooting SFRA cartridges. Should be able to design and develop custom salesforce cartridges and plugins. Utilize outstanding communication skills, able to articulate complex technical topics for non-technical audiences.

This position is a 100% remote position, may telecommute from anywhere in the United States and report to the company's headquarters at 112 Heritage Drive, Pataskala, OH, 43062.

Minimum Requirements: Position requires a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or a related field of study. Requires seven (7) years of experience in eCommerce Technologies and Solutions or a related industry in any occupational title. Must have seven (7) years of experience with: Product development; Java, J2EE (Servlets, JSP, JDBC, JMS, Transactions), Web Services, XML/XSLT, Java script; Dynatrace, Akamai and Splunk for eCommerce solution; Designing, developing, and supporting eCommerce solution in ATG, BCC, Endeca and related component; Working on a Scrum team and understanding of scrum processes. Position also requires five (5) years of experience with: Salesforce eCommerce technical experience; and Using salesforce Hooks, OCAPI and Jobs components and programming constructs like Controllers, Routes, extending controllers, models, ISML templates, content slots, page designers, objects, forms, and page caching. Experience may be gained concurrently. Foreign Degree equivalent accepted. Employer will accept any suitable combination of education, experience, or training.
