ERP Systems Administrator / Analyst

About the Role

We are working with a client seeking an experienced ERP Systems Administrator / Analyst for a full-time, direct hire opportunity. This is a fully remote position open to candidates across the United States.

Responsibilities

  • Administer, configure, and maintain the organization's ERP system across all functional modules
  • Serve as the primary technical point of contact for ERP-related issues, enhancements, and user support
  • Collaborate with finance, operations, HR, and supply chain teams to understand business requirements and translate them into system solutions
  • Manage user access, roles, and permissions across the ERP environment
  • Plan, test, and deploy ERP updates, patches, and upgrades in coordination with the vendor and internal stakeholders
  • Develop and maintain custom reports, dashboards, and data extracts to support business decision-making
  • Troubleshoot system issues and work with vendors to resolve complex problems
  • Document configurations, customizations, workflows, and procedures
  • Support ERP-related integrations with third-party systems and data sources
  • Train end users and develop training materials for new and updated functionality

Requirements

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience administering or analyzing an ERP system — SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite, Workday, or similar
  • Strong understanding of core business processes supported by ERP — finance, procurement, inventory, HR, or supply chain
  • Experience with ERP configuration, module administration, and user management
  • Proficiency with reporting tools and data extraction within the ERP environment
  • Familiarity with ERP integration concepts and data migration practices
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills — able to translate technical concepts for non-technical business users
  • Highly organized with strong documentation habits
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and work independently in a remote environment

Nice to Have

  • ERP-specific certifications — SAP Certified Application Associate, Oracle Cloud certification, Microsoft Dynamics 365 certification, or NetSuite SuiteFoundation
  • Experience supporting an ERP implementation or major upgrade project
  • Familiarity with SQL for custom reporting and data analysis
  • Experience with middleware or integration platforms such as MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, or similar
  • Background in a specific industry such as manufacturing, distribution, healthcare, or financial services

Compensation

$80,000 — $115,000 base salary depending on experience. Full benefits package available.
