As a Remote Licensed Clinical Social Worker, your main responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough psychosocial assessments to identify and address clients’ mental health needs, resources, and strengths.
• Providing individualized therapy, which may include cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care tailored to each client’s unique circumstances.
• Collaborating actively with healthcare professionals such as nurses, physicians, and spiritual care providers to develop integrated treatment and care plans.
• Facilitating group therapy and support sessions, employing peer-to-peer learning strategies to foster community among clients facing similar challenges.
• Offering crisis intervention and safety planning when necessary, particularly for clients experiencing acute psychological distress or existential concerns.
• Maintaining accurate and timely documentation of client sessions and treatment plans that comply with ethical and legal standards for social work practice.
• Participating in ongoing professional development, including training in telehealth practices, evidence-based therapy techniques, and hospice care methodologies.

You will primarily work with individuals and families coping with terminal illnesses, such as cancer, heart failure, and neurodegenerative diseases. To be considered for this role, candidates must have:
