• Conduct thorough assessments of patients’ psychosocial needs and develop tailored treatment plans that promote emotional well-being.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.

• A valid LCSW license in the state of Virginia is mandatory.

• Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills are necessary for interacting with patients, families, and team members effectively.

• A minimum of two years of post-graduate experience in social work, particularly in a healthcare or hospice setting, is preferred.
