As an LCSW, your responsibilities will include:

• Providing one-on-one counseling and emotional support to patients and their families, helping them navigate adjustment challenges associated with their conditions.

To excel in this role, candidates must possess:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program.
• Active licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Tennessee.

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, facilitating effective interactions with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
