The position offers the autonomy to manage your caseload effectively, accommodating anywhere from 10 to 30 billable hours each week, with flexible scheduling to suit your personal needs.

• Conduct comprehensive diagnostic evaluations of clients using the latest DSM criteria under the guidance of our clinical supervisors.
• Provide short-term psychotherapy tailored to individual needs, utilizing various evidence-based modalities such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and family systems therapy.
• Engage in crisis intervention strategies as necessary, ensuring a quick and efficient response to clients in acute distress.
• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, including licensed psychologists and nurse practitioners, to develop integrated treatment plans aligning with a client's unique therapeutic needs.
• Facilitate therapeutic sessions that focus on individual, couple, and family dynamics, including addressing issues related to mental health and dual disorders.
• Maintain thorough and accurate records of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes, ensuring compliance with all regulatory mandates and ethical standards.

You will work with a diverse array of clients facing mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, stress management, and dual diagnoses. Your role will significantly impact their healing journey, empowering them through supportive communication and structured therapeutic interventions while fostering resilience and positive coping mechanisms.

• Licensed as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) or Psychologist (Psy.D) in the state of Washington.
• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Social Work from an accredited institution.
• A minimum of 2 years of direct experience providing psychotherapy services in a clinical setting.
• Proficiency in utilizing telehealth platforms and familiarity with electronic health records to manage client documentation effectively.

• Experience with evidence-based practices tailored to a variety of mental health conditions, particularly in a remote setting.
• Demonstrated collaborative skills to work within interdisciplinary teams effectively and optimize patient care.
• Background in crisis management and intervention methodologies.

Our team members enjoy a competitive salary ranging from USD 75,000 to 125,000 annually, commensurate with experience and skill level.
