New Gig Solutions is partnering with a growing, well-established law firm seeking an Immigration Attorney to join its expanding team. This is a fully remote opportunity open to candidates across the U.S., ideal for an attorney passionate about immigration law and client advocacy.

This role focuses on working directly with individuals and families navigating immigration matters, offering meaningful, client-centered work within a collaborative and supportive environment.

Responsibilities

  • Represent clients in immigration matters before government agencies and immigration courts

  • Prepare and manage filings including petitions, applications, and supporting documentation

  • Provide strategic legal guidance on a variety of immigration matters

  • Maintain consistent communication with clients throughout their cases

  • Stay current on immigration law updates and regulatory changes

Qualifications

  • Juris Doctor from an accredited law school

  • Active bar license in any U.S. state
