Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to understand clients' concerns, histories, and therapy goals.
• Provide individual, group, couple, and family therapy using evidence-based methodologies including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness techniques, and narrative therapy.
• Establish and implement tailored treatment plans that are designed specifically for each client’s unique requirements and treatment goals.
• Collaborate closely with clients to monitor their progress and adjust treatment strategies accordingly.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards and legal requirements in all aspects of client interaction and record-keeping.
• Contribute to your ongoing professional development by participating in workshops and training to stay current on best practices in the field.
• Foster strong therapeutic relationships that build trust, motivate change, and encourage personal growth.
• Empower clients by providing practical coping strategies and emotional support to navigate their life challenges effectively.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits

The Peaceful Mind Counseling Center offers a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 105,000 annually, supplemented by a sign-on bonus as well as performance incentives to recognize and reward excellence in service.
