Overview

System One has a permanent opportunity with the US based division of a growing technical services organization seeking an experienced technical business analyst to add to their team. This individual will be customer facing yet remain technical to translate business requirements into actionable and scalable items. A qualified candidate will possess understanding of the revenue billing cycle in healthcare as well as have technical aptitude to implement solutions to provide the highest success and quality for customers. This is a permanent position allowing remote work offering a full benefits package. Only candidates of US Citizenship or green card holders will be considered.

Responsibilities

  • Translate customer, prospect and market input into clear workflow requirements, use cases, data needs and acceptance criteria.
  • Help shape priority backlog items for US segments .
  • Apply sound judgement on configuration versus customization and identify where scalable platform capability is required.
  • Frame solution opportunities so they can be reused as Green Solution Components or assembled into Pink Domain-Specific Products.
  • Maintain a practical feedback loop from demos, deployments and customer conversations into technical product priorities.
  • Configure solutions for prospects and customers, including workflow logic, rules, forms, queues, dashboards and user experiences.
  • Design and prototype AI-assisted and agentic workflows that improve prioritization, automation, classification, audit handling or exception management.
  • Support prompt, agent and orchestration design using approved Microsoft and Azure AI tooling where relevant.
  • Work closely with Solutions, Engineering, AI and Product teams to move from concept to fit-for-purpose configured outcomes.
  • Create reusable patterns, templates and solution components that reduce delivery effort and improve repeatability.
  • Ensure solution configurations and AI patterns are secure, testable, documented and suitable for customer deployment.
  • Partner with the US sales lead and leadership team in discovery, workshops, demonstrations and technical customer conversations.
  • Provide credible technical input into proposals, RFIs, RFPs, solution scoping and effort assumptions.
  • Support implementation planning, UAT preparation, training enablement, deployment and go-live readiness.
  • Help customers and internal teams connect business requirements to practical solution design decisions.
  • Contribute to high-quality handover into Delivery and maintain strong feedback loops after launch.
  • Maintain clear documentation of requirements, configuration decisions, assumptions and deployment notes.
  • Identify, evaluate and report relevant information security risks in line with the company's ISMS compliance and regulatory requirements.
  • Ensure product configuration, data handling and customer engagements are performed in line with company security standards.

Requirements

  • Experience translating customer and market input into technical requirements and workflows.
  • Proficiency in configuring AI-assisted workflows and platform solutions.
  • Strong ability to support technical sales, demos, and customer engagement activities.
