What our Senior Manager, Area Store Operations Enjoy Most About the Role
  • Drive Strategic Initiatives: Implement key strategies to achieve performance, quality and revenue goals across the region.
  • Manage Store Openings and Closures: Coordinate new store openings and closures, ensuring smooth operations and inventory management.
  • Ensure Store Maintenance: Oversee ongoing store maintenance, including ticketing, capital budgeting and brand standards.
  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work with store management and logistics to implement mobile and CPE operations standards.
  • Optimize Store Operations: Manage staff readiness and back-of-house operations, including cash, inventory and POS systems.

  • 5 years of experience with operational protocols in a retail store environment & 3 years of management experience.
Technical Skills:
  • Proficient in inventory and merchandising management, knowledge of process design and documentation, & competent in personal technology, including mobile devices, video platforms and PC software.
Skills & Abilities:
  • Advanced change management and strong organizational, project management and analytical skills.
  • Ability to evaluate training and development resources.
  • Excellent interpersonal, leadership and presentation skills.
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to meet Charter’s motor vehicle requirements.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • 5+ years leadership experience, 3-5 years wireless or telecommunication experience, project management experience

Working Conditions

  • Working in a retail environment with moderate noise levels, you will travel to multiple locations to oversee and monitor store operations. Professional attire and appearance are required.
