• Conduct remote counseling sessions via video chat, ensuring a comfortable and confidential environment for clients.
• Utilize evidence-based treatment modalities to deliver individualized therapy and support for clients.
• Collaborate with clients in developing personalized treatment plans that address their specific mental health needs and goals.
• Engage clients in developing insights into their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors to foster greater self-awareness and coping skills.
• Regularly assess client progress and modify treatment strategies as needed to optimize outcomes.

As a mental health therapist at New Leaf Counseling Center, you will primarily work with low acuity adults who are generally stable but seeking assistance for various mental health concerns. Our client base encompasses individuals from diverse backgrounds and experiences, allowing you to apply a broad range of therapeutic skills. Your role will be essential in helping clients navigate their challenges and improve their overall quality of life.

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.
• You must hold a full license that permits independent practice, such as:
• Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
• Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
• No limited or provisional licenses will be considered.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a compassionate nature are essential.
• Proficient computer literacy to effectively utilize our clinician platforms and tools.

• Experience with telehealth practices and platforms will be an advantage.
• Proven track record in managing diverse client populations and treatment modalities.
• Familiarity with trauma-informed care and techniques for fostering client engagement.

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 104,000 per year, which is commensurate with your experience and hours worked. Additionally, our therapists enjoy:
