  • Identify recurring engineering problems and translate them into repeatable, AIenabled solutions.

  • Integrate AI tools and agents into existing engineering workflows rather than creating parallel processes.

  • Partner with engineering teams to pilot AI solutions and refine them based on real usage and feedback.

  • Develop and document best practices for responsible AI usage within engineering.

  • Work with IT and Security teams to ensure AI tools and agents comply with Brooks data security, IP protection, and governance requirements.

  • Support training and enablement for engineers adopting AI tools and workflows.

  • Provide regular feedback to engineering leadership on AI effectiveness, limitations, and opportunities for expansion.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING:

  • Bachelor's Degree in an Engineering related discipline.

  • In depth knowledge of modern AI tools and their application to technical and engineering tasks.

  • Experience improving engineering tools, processes, or development efficiency.

  • Strong understanding of engineering workflows and deliverables.

  • Strong problemsolving skills and ability to work across engineering disciplines.

  • Experience developing automation, scripts, internal tools, or AIenabled agents to support engineering workflows is a plus.

  • Familiarity with engineering systems such as CAD/ECAD tools, software development environments, FEA/Simulation and PLM systems is a plus.

  • Experience supporting engineering productivity or digital transformation initiatives is a plus.
