- Support the implementation and use of the ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF).
- Develop and maintain comprehensive test plans, test cases, test data, and supporting testing documentation.
- Identify, document, validate, and track software defects through resolution.
- Coordinate release readiness activities and perform deployment validation.
- Prepare and publish release notes for platform deployments, enhancements, and updates.
- Track release schedules, change records, implementation documentation, and related deployment activities.
- Support platform governance, compliance, and operational procedures.
- Assist with quality and operational reporting, metrics, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Communicate testing status, release readiness, risks, issues, and dependencies to appropriate technical and program stakeholders.
- Participate in Agile delivery activities and collaborate across teams to support timely, high-quality platform releases
What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field with 3+ years of relevant professional experience; or 5+ years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree.
- 3-5 years of experience in quality assurance, software testing, platform operations, release management, or a related IT discipline.
- Experience working with ServiceNow and enterprise platform environments.
- Strong knowledge of test planning, test execution, defect management, and software development lifecycle (SDLC) practices.
- Experience supporting functional, regression, integration, and/or user acceptance testing.
- Understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working within Agile software delivery teams.
- Experience coordinating software or platform releases, including release readiness, deployment validation, change tracking, and supporting documentation.
- Strong documentation skills with the ability to develop and maintain test cases, test plans, release documentation, and operational artifacts.
- Excellent stakeholder communication and collaboration skills.
- Strong organization, attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to obtain and maintain client-required access as needed.
Nice to Have:
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification.
- Additional hands-on experience working with the ServiceNow platform.
