• Conduct individual, couples, and family therapy sessions, focusing on mental health issues and relationship dynamics.
• Perform thorough assessments to understand clients’ needs, strengths, and challenges, leading to the creation of tailored treatment plans.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic approaches and techniques, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), to guide clients through various life challenges.
• Document client progress meticulously in our electronic health record (EHR) system, ensuring compliance with privacy standards and quality assurance.
• Work collaboratively with other mental health professionals, contributing to multidisciplinary team discussions to enhance patient care and outcomes.

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at A Lot Of Healing, Ltd, you will engage with a diverse clientele, including children, adolescents, adults, and families. Our clients often face relationship challenges, anxiety, depression, trauma, and stress. This role requires sensitivity and adaptability to tailor your therapeutic approach according to individual backgrounds, cultures, and experiences.

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.
• An active and valid LMFT license in the state of California.
• Exceptional assessment, communication, and clinical intervention skills.
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and clinical documentation processes.

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in a mental health setting, particularly in family therapy.
• Demonstrated expertise in crisis intervention and conflict resolution strategies.
• Background in working with diverse populations, particularly those facing socioeconomic challenges.

This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from $110,000 to $130,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
