This position is fully remote, allowing you the flexibility to practice and provide care from the comfort of your own space. You will be part of a diverse team passionate about mental health and providing an array of services in a supportive community health clinic setting.

• Conduct weekly supervision sessions for practicum students, guiding them through their clinical licensure process or Master's program with insightful feedback and support.
• Provide high-quality psychotherapy services to a diverse range of clients, including individuals, couples, and families, addressing various mental health issues and fostering lasting change.
• Collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to create comprehensive treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs.
• Maintain thorough and accurate records and documentation to comply with state regulations while ensuring quality assurance in service delivery.
• Engage in ongoing professional development by staying informed about current research, best practices, and advancements in therapy techniques.

As a mental health practitioner at Pace Psychotherapy, you will serve a diverse client population, including adults, adolescents, and families. Your expertise will assist clients grappling with varying mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and more. The goal is not only to provide psychotherapy but also to empower clients to harness their strengths, resilience, and capacity for growth.

• A valid Master’s Degree in a relevant field from an accredited institution.
• Current and active state licensure (LPCC, LCSW, LMFT) suitable for providing therapeutic services.
• Professional liability insurance to protect both you and your clients during therapeutic engagements.
• A minimum of two years of experience in the mental health field, ideally with a blend of clinical practice and supervision.

• Experience in a community health setting or with a diverse clientele.
• Prior experience supervising practicum students or interns is highly valued.
• Fluency in additional languages that enhance communication with clients from varied backgrounds.

Your dedication and expertise will be rewarded with a competitive salary ranging from $65,000 to $130,000 annually based on experience and role engagement.
