• Provide individualized therapy sessions for adult clients, utilizing techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other evidence-based modalities to address a variety of mental health challenges.
• Document clinical notes and treatment plans efficiently to comply with telehealth standards, ensuring each client’s progress is tracked accurately.
• Engage in ongoing assessment and adjustment of therapeutic approaches based on client feedback and progress evaluations.
• Maintain an organized calendar to manage appointments and follow-ups with clients effectively, capitalizing on the flexibility to choose your schedule.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, sharing insights and contributing to collective knowledge surrounding mental health practices.
• Participate in quality assurance initiatives to continually improve service delivery and client satisfaction.

Your primary focus will be working with adult clients grappling with a range of mental health issues including anxiety, depression, trauma, and stress. You will create a safe and trusting virtual environment where clients feel comfortable expressing their thoughts and emotions while receiving personalized therapeutic support tailored to their unique needs.

• A master’s level degree in social work, counseling, or related fields from a regionally accredited university.
• Valid and active licensure as an LCSW, LMFT, or LPC.
• At least two years of experience providing clinical psychotherapy to adults.
• Demonstrated competence in evidence-based therapeutic techniques, particularly Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).
• Strong documentation, writing, and communication skills, ensuring clarity and thoroughness in client records.
• Unblemished record with no disciplinary action by any supervisory or licensing authority.

• Experience in virtual therapy settings and familiarity with telehealth platforms.
• Additional training in specialized therapeutic modalities or certifications in mental health treatment.
