As a Project Manager, you will play a key role in overseeing multiple projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest safety and quality standards. Responsibilities
  • Manage assigned projects, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and invoicing.
  • Develop and implement project budgets, including labor hours and expected expenses.
  • Supervise and mentor project personnel, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Maintain positive relationships with clients through regular communication and meetings.
  • Oversee all phases of the project, ensuring health and safety standards are met.
  • Prepare bids, proposals, work plans, and statements of work, seeking approvals as required.
  • Ensure all necessary contract documents are in place before work begins.
  • Identify and communicate resource requirements for project completion.
  • Perform field work as required, including travel and overnight stays to project sites.

Qualifications

  • Experience in environmental consulting services required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong communication skills for effective interaction with clients, employees, subcontractors, and regulatory agencies.
  • Ability to mentor and train staff, and exercise independent judgment.
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment physical and drug test.
  • Ability to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).
  • Physical ability to walk, bend, stoop, climb ladders, and lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to work outdoors year-round in various weather conditions and travel to remote job sites.
