Key Responsibilities- Conduct detailed assessments of clients’ mental health needs, formulating individualized treatment plans that address their specific circumstances and goals.
- Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused therapy to help clients manage their mental health challenges.
- Maintain meticulous and confidential clinical records, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and professional standards.
- Work collaboratively with other mental health professionals, including psychologists and peer support specialists, to deliver comprehensive care to clients, emphasizing an integrated treatment approach.

Qualifications- A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect with clients from diverse racial, cultural, and socioeconomic backgrounds.
- Proficient digital literacy skills with a strong willingness to engage with remote therapy technology platforms.
- Experience in community health settings or outpatient therapy environments.
