Overview: Our client is seeking an experienced Project Manager to support IT project intake, prioritization, and cross-functional coordination efforts. This individual will serve as the bridge between business stakeholders and IT teams, ensuring projects are properly tracked, prioritized, and executed while maintaining accountability across all parties. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys driving organization and process, and has experience managing project portfolios, work intake, and stakeholder communications. Responsibilities:
  • Manage and oversee project and work intake processes across IT and business teams.
  • Maintain and administer project tracking and workflow management within Monday.com.
  • Facilitate intake, prioritization, and status review meetings with stakeholders.
  • Track project progress, milestones, risks, dependencies, and action items.
  • Create accountability across business and technical teams to ensure commitments and deadlines are met.
  • Coordinate communication between IT teams, business stakeholders, and leadership.
  • Monitor project requests and ensure alignment with organizational priorities and available resources.
  • Escalate blockers and risks while driving timely resolution.
  • Develop and maintain reporting dashboards, project documentation, and status updates.
  • Support process improvement initiatives related to project governance, intake management, and portfolio visibility.
Required Qualifications:
  • 3-5 years of Project Management experience supporting IT, PMO, or business operations initiatives.
  • Experience managing project intake, demand management, portfolio management, or governance processes.
  • Hands-on experience using Monday.com for project tracking, reporting, and workflow management.
  • Strong experience coordinating efforts between business stakeholders and technical teams.
  • Experience facilitating project meetings, status reviews, and stakeholder communications.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Experience creating project documentation, status reporting, and executive-level communications.
  • Ideally coming from retail or food & beverage
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience within large enterprise organizations.
  • PMO, Portfolio Management, or Program Management experience.
  • Experience working with IT teams, infrastructure teams, application teams, or technology organizations.
