We are seeking a Project Manager for Operations who will play a critical role in bringingExol'sautomation solutions to life. We oversee projects from planning to system acceptance, ensuring they are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards. Acting as the central connection point between operations and technical teams, stakeholders, and customers, we create clarity, drive accountability, and ensure each project delivers measurable value to our clients and to the business.

We are looking for a connective force - someone who speaks the language of every team involved in standing up an automated facility and can translate between them without losing fidelity. This highly visible role ensures teamsremainaligned with operations, so execution stays on track, and risks areidentifiedand managed early. Success in this role depends on crisp, proactivecommunicationand the ability to bring together diverse groups to drive a common outcome.

Whatyou'lldo

  • Serve as the primary operations liaison across Automation, Engineering, IT, Facilities, and Staffing throughout the facility launch lifecycle - from construction turnover through steady-state operations.
  • Facilitate cross-functional meetings, providing clear and consistent updates to both internal and external stakeholders to keep projects on track.
  • Develop process flows, labor models, and staffing plans that connect automation system design to operational headcount requirements.
  • Lead cross-functional teams through the execution phase of the project, from early site preparation and coordination to final system acceptance, whilemaintaininga strong focus on project goals.
  • Build readiness checklists and operational acceptance criteria that define what "ready to operate" means for each team before go-live.
  • Conduct post-launch performance analysis to close the loop between design intent and actual results.
  • Foster a culture built on transparency,timelydecision-making, and strong partnerships across all project participants.

Whatyou'llneed

  • Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering.
  • Minimum of5years' experiencemanaging large automation, material handling, or construction projects.
  • Provenexperiencein scheduling, scope, cost, and risk management for complex technical projects.
  • Background in robotic automation, ASRS, or material handlingpreferred.
  • Experience managing design/building, installation, and construction projects.

  • Up to 25% travel may be required. Employees must have a valid driver's license and the ability to drive and/or fly to client and other customer locations.
  • The employee is responsible for owning a credit card and managing expenses personally to be reimbursed on a bi-weekly basis.
