• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to develop individualized treatment plans that address the unique needs of each client.
• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy, to individuals, families, and groups.
• Facilitate engaging therapeutic sessions that promote emotional healing and personal growth. Tailor therapeutic techniques to meet the distinct needs of varied client populations.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation compliant with legal and ethical standards, ensuring a high level of professionalism.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate care, participate in case consultations, and contribute to treatment planning efforts.
• Participate in ongoing professional development activities, workshops, and training to stay informed of emerging practices in mental health counseling.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.
• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Clinical Counselor (LCPC) in the state of Illinois.

• Proficiency in utilizing EMR software and maintaining organized clinical records.

• Competitive annual salary range of USD 70,000 to 90,000, commensurate with experience and caseload availability.
