Job description

We are seeking a dynamic Sr. Software Implementation Specialist to join our Professional Services team at our headquarters in Irving, Texas. This individual will play a pivotal role in deploying ourย ERP solutions and delivering exceptional value to our customers.

Position Overview

As a Software Implementation Specialist ,ย you will act as a trusted advisor, ensuring seamless integration, configuration, and adoption of our software to meet customers' unique needs. This role involves a blend of technical proficiency, functional expertise, and customer-facing skills, requiring occasional travel to work directly with clients.

  1. Candidates must be local to the Dallas/Fort Worth area, AND must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future. iRely will not sponsor applicants for U.S. work visa status for this opportunity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Engagement:
    • Lead requirements-gathering sessions to understand customer needs and business processes.
    • Provide top-notch customer service to large and strategic customers.
    • Support customers through User Acceptance Testing (UAT), training, and go-live activities.
    • Deliver training sessions for both trainers and end users, ensuring successful software adoption.
    • Interface with customers at all levels
    • Participate in customer meetings and sales events.
    • Provide customer trainingย 
  • Implementation & Deployment:
    • Configure and build the iRely Store Suite to align with customer requirements.
    • Execute project tasks in collaboration with project managers to deliver projects on time and within scope.
    • Provide on-site and remote support during escalations, go-live, and post-go-live phases.
  • Standards & Processes:
    • Follow established implementation standards set by the Professional Services Organization (PSO).
    • Assess and resolve complex project challenges, focusing on quality-driven solutions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree of equivalent work experience
  • Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience with ERP software product implementation
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deliver quality outcomes in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to travel 20%
