Work Environment

This role offers a flexible remote work environment, enabling our counselors to maintain a healthy work-life balance while effectively managing their caseload. Our outpatient facility is designed to support collaborative efforts across interdisciplinary teams, ensuring that each client receives well-rounded care tailored to their distinct needs. Our work schedule is Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, allowing for a consistent routine while providing essential support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health circumstances and specific requirements.
  • Develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans that reflect each client's personal goals and therapeutic needs.
  • Facilitate individual, couples, and group counseling sessions, applying diverse therapeutic techniques tailored to various clients, including trauma-informed care and cognitive behavioral therapy.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary treatment teams to provide integrated and holistic care, ensuring a cohesive approach to each client’s treatment.

Qualifications
