As a remote software engineering manager, you work from home to manage a team that develops or enhances computer software programs. In this remote role, you direct a team of employees to design computer programs, develop solutions to engineering challenges, and enhance the capabilities of existing software and systems. Your responsibilities span project management duties, team building and recruitment activities, and collaboration with information technology teams and other departments.
