Job description

Industry: Technology Consulting & Digital Transformation Services

A rapidly growing technology consulting and implementation organization is seeking an AI Engineer to support an expanding portfolio of client projects. The team is leveraging cutting-edge Agentic AI delivery methodologies to accelerate software development and solution implementation for customers across multiple industries. Due to a significant increase in project demand, this role will play a critical part in delivering high-quality AI-assisted solutions from concept through production deployment.

This is a highly collaborative, client-facing position that combines product thinking, technical execution, and AI-assisted development. The ideal candidate understands both business requirements and technical implementation, using modern AI development tools to rapidly design, build, validate, and deliver solutions.

Project Initiatives & Impact

As an AI Engineer, you will directly contribute to:

  • Accelerating delivery timelines for a growing pipeline of client projects.
  • Utilizing Agentic AI frameworks to take solutions from idea to production-ready implementation.
  • Building and delivering APIs, databases, infrastructure components, and business applications.
  • Supporting the evolution of AI-assisted software delivery methodologies.
  • Helping clients solve business challenges through innovative AI-driven solutions.
  • Working within a fast-paced environment focused on scaling delivery capabilities without relying on large engineering teams.
Responsibilities
  • Partner with clients and stakeholders to gather requirements and define desired business outcomes.
  • Translate business needs into technical specifications and actionable development plans.
  • Utilize AI development tools and agentic workflows to accelerate solution delivery.
  • Review, validate, and refine AI-generated outputs to ensure production-quality results.
  • Support end-to-end solution development, including APIs, databases, infrastructure, and security components.
  • Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and delivery teams throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Participate in AI-assisted software development workflows and continuous process improvement initiatives.
Required Qualifications
  • Hands-on experience with AI development platforms such as Claude, Cursor, Codex, Copilot, or similar agentic development tools.
  • Experience using AI to build, test, and validate technical solutions rather than solely for research or documentation purposes.
  • Familiarity with GitHub and modern software development workflows.
  • Ability to direct AI coding agents, review technical outputs, and verify solution quality.
  • Strong communication and client-facing skills.
  • Experience translating business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Interest in emerging AI technologies and AI-assisted development methodologies.
Preferred Qualifications
  • 3 to 5 years of professional experience in software engineering, development, quality engineering, data engineering, product ownership, business analysis, or product management.
  • Technical background with the ability to remain hands-on in code, testing, or data-related work.
  • Experience with Microsoft Fabric.
  • Exposure to cloud infrastructure, APIs, databases, and security concepts.
Work Environment
  • 100% remote opportunity.
  • Fast-growing, startup-style environment.
  • Opportunity to work with leading AI technologies and emerging Agentic AI delivery practices.
  • Collaborative team focused on innovation, rapid delivery, and continuous learning.
