We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to design, build, and support software solutions that solve complex business problems. In this role, you will work closely with development teams to create secure, scalable, reliable, and cost-effective applications. You will use modern technologies and agile practices to deliver high-quality solutions while helping team members follow best practices in software design and development. This role also includes leading AI-related initiatives and supporting the successful delivery of products from development through release.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, test, and maintain software solutions using modern technologies and development practices.

  • Build secure, scalable, reliable, and cost-effective applications.

  • Work closely with product delivery teams to support the successful build, testing, and release of solutions.

  • Participate in an agile development environment, including daily stand-up meetings, sprint activities, and team collaboration.

  • Understand business needs and application architecture to create effective technical solutions.

  • Write clean, maintainable, and reusable code following established coding standards.

  • Review code and help ensure high-quality deliverables.

  • Analyze new requirements and system changes to determine technical impacts.

  • Troubleshoot issues and develop software solutions to meet business needs.

  • Communicate technical concepts in a way that connects technology to business value.

  • Promote software design standards, architectural patterns, and development best practices across the team.
