Responsibilities:
• Pricing algorithms and auction mechanisms
• Shared marketplace metrics, automated variance detection, and notification systems
• Causal modeling, experimentation frameworks, and analytical investigations
Qualifications:
Required:
• Interest in marketplace economics and data science
• Experience in software engineering
• Ability to dig into data to understand driving metrics
• Reasoning through cause and effect
• Experience building and shipping solutions
• Comfortable working through tough architectural problems
• Experience with TypeScript stack: React on the frontend with Ionic on mobile
• Experience with Node/NestJS powered by MongoDB and Postgres
