About the Role

We're looking for a Senior Product Designer to join our Smart Apps team and help shape the next generation of enterprise insurance technology. In this role, you'll lead the end-to-end design process-from discovery and research through launch and iteration-creating intuitive experiences that solve complex business challenges for enterprise users.

You'll partner closely with Product Managers, Engineers, Product Owners, and cross-functional stakeholders to transform ideas into scalable, user-centered solutions. What You'll Do

  • Lead the end-to-end product design process, including user research, journey mapping, wireframing, prototyping, usability testing, visual design, and implementation support.
  • Partner with Product Managers, Engineers, and Agile teams to design intuitive, scalable experiences for enterprise applications.
  • Conduct user research and leverage qualitative and quantitative insights to inform product decisions.
  • Create interactive prototypes that rapidly validate concepts and improve product-market fit.
  • Contribute to and evolve design systems, ensuring consistency, accessibility, and scalability across products.
  • Champion human-centered design principles and advocate for best practices in usability and accessibility.
  • Mentor and support junior designers through feedback, design reviews, and collaborative problem-solving.
  • Collaborate on innovative initiatives involving AI, intelligent automation, ServiceNow orchestration, and emerging technologies.
  • Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders, incorporating feedback while maintaining a strong user-centered perspective.

What We're Looking ForRequired Qualifications
  • 5 - 7 years of experience in Product Design, UX Design, or a related discipline.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design thinking and impactful work on enterprise or complex SaaS products.
  • Expertise with Figma, interactive prototyping, user research, usability testing, and design systems.
  • Experience designing data-rich, workflow-driven enterprise applications.
  • Strong understanding of user-centered design methodologies and accessibility standards.
  • Experience working within Agile product development teams.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proven ability to balance user needs, business objectives, and technical constraints.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience designing products for insurance, financial services, healthcare, or other highly regulated industries.
