Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Senior Platform Engineer to join a high-impact engineering team responsible for building and maintaining modern cloud infrastructure and developer platforms. In this role, you will design scalable AWS environments, implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and develop CI/CD pipelines that enable efficient and reliable software delivery.
You will work closely with software engineering teams to standardize platform engineering practices, establish GitOps workflows, and contribute to the development of a centralized software factory model. This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about cloud technologies, automation, Kubernetes, and DevOps best practices who enjoys solving complex infrastructure challenges.
Duties and Responsibilities
  • Design, build, and maintain scalable cloud infrastructure on AWS.
  • Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines supporting software delivery.
  • Implement and manage Kubernetes container orchestration platforms.
  • Build and maintain Infrastructure as Code using Terraform, CloudFormation, or similar tools.
  • Establish and maintain GitOps workflows for deployment and configuration management.
  • Collaborate with software engineering teams to standardize platform engineering practices.
  • Support the development of a centralized software factory model.
  • Troubleshoot infrastructure issues and continuously improve platform reliability, scalability, and security.
  • Implement DevOps best practices to improve automation and operational efficiency.
Required Experience/Skills
  • 5+ years of experience in Platform Engineering, Infrastructure Engineering, or DevOps Engineering.
  • Strong hands-on experience with AWS production environments across multiple AWS services.
  • Proven experience designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.
  • Strong experience with Kubernetes in production environments.
  • Expertise with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation, or similar).
  • Experience implementing GitOps methodologies and tools.
  • Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure, automation, and platform engineering best practices.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills.
