We are seeking an experienced Senior Software Developer to lead the design and delivery of secure, scalable software solutions that power our custom business applications. In this role, you will drive strategic technical initiatives, partner closely with stakeholders, and elevate team performance through mentorship and best-practice engineering standards.

This is a hands-on, high-impact position ideal for a seasoned developer who enjoys solving complex problems, taking ownership, and shaping the long-term technical direction of enterprise systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Design: Design and implement secure and maintainable software solutions to complex business problems
  • Technical Debt: Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the team, optimizing development processes, tools, and methodologies to increase efficiency and quality
  • Technical Leadership: As a technology leader, contribute to all aspects of the software lifecycle: design, development, implementation, and testing
  • Technical Mentorship: Provide mentorship to more junior developers in developing coding skills, understanding best practices, and navigating complex systems
  • Collaboration & Communication: Partner with project manager, developers, and business stakeholders to align solutions with business strategy
  • Technical Ownership: Take a high ownership, self-sufficient, hands-on position on the team to collaborate and drive quality, maintain application stability
  • Problem Solving: Work independently to troubleshoot and resolve reported failures in cloud-based and hosted multi-tier system architecture using Microsoft Server, Azure services, SQL Server and .NET

What We’re Looking For

  • 7+ years of experience with software development
  • Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Proficiency with .NET Framework or .NET Core
  • Proficiency with Microsoft SQL Server
  • Experience developing within the banking or financial sector
  • Proficiency with software development methodologies and tools
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
