We are seeking engineers with a strong background in building large-scale distributed systems and hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform. You will help develop technologies that operate at high scale and enable enterprises to automate, define, deploy, and manage their cloud resources efficiently and securely. Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
  • 4+ years' experience building and operating large-scale, highly available, cloud-based distributed systems.
  • Proficiency in a modern programming language such as Java, C, C++, C#, Go, or Python, with experience in additional languages preferred.
  • Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools, especially Terraform, or equivalent frameworks.
  • Solid understanding of how IaC integrates with CI/CD pipelines and automates cloud resource management.
  • Validated understanding of operating system fundamentals and distributed persistence technologies.
  • Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and performance tuning skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of network, distributed, asynchronous, and concurrent programming.
  • Understanding of the latest security principles, techniques, and protocols.
  • Experience with cloud provider platforms and services, such as AWS EC2/EBS/Lambda/Dynamo/S3 or their equivalents.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience contributing to open-source Infrastructure as Code projects, particularly Terraform providers or modules.
  • Familiarity with Go, especially as it relates to infrastructure tooling.
  • Experience in Agile/SCRUM enterprise-scale software development.
  • Background with big data solutions, fleet orchestration for virtual or containerised workloads, and modern security practices.
  • Working knowledge of networking protocols (TCP/IP, HTTP), storage architectures, and secure software development principles.
