Job Description

As a Full Stack Developer, you'll be part of a product-aligned team focused on building and evolving key features that support real-world healthcare workflows. These teams work closely with Product and Design to deliver solutions that directly impact our users — healthcare professionals and their patients.

You'll contribute to the design, implementation, and deployment of new functionalities that support the continuous evolution of our platform. From modernizing existing components to introducing innovative features, your work will help push healthcare technology forward. What You’ll Do

As a Full Stack Developer, you'll contribute to the development of reliable, secure, and scalable web applications. You’ll work across the stack, collaborate closely with your teammates, and continue growing your impact as a developer. Specifically, you will:

  • Build Meaningful Features: Contribute to the design and development of front-end and back-end functionality that delivers value to our users and supports business goals

  • Make Thoughtful Technical Choices: Participate in evaluating tools, frameworks, and design approaches that balance technical needs with long-term maintainability

  • Write Quality Code: Develop clean, testable, and well-documented code, and engage in code reviews to improve your work and support team standards

  • Contribute to Better Processes: Share ideas and feedback to help improve how we build, test, and deliver software

  • Collaborate and Learn: Work closely with senior developers to gain technical insights, ask great questions, and develop your skills through mentorship and collaboration

Qualifications
  • A college or university degree in software development, computer science, or a related field

  • 4+ years of experience in building and deploying software systems, ideally with exposure to cloud environments (experience with Azure is a plus)

  • Familiarity with software architecture concepts and hands-on experience implementing scalable solutions

  • Experience with test automation (unit, integration, front-end), CI/CD workflows, and DevOps practices

  • Front-end development experience with frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue

  • Solid understanding of SQL Server, SQL programming, and performance tuning

  • Experience with .NET development and C# programming

  • Proficiency in JavaScript or TypeScript

  • Awareness of secure coding practices and application-level security fundamentals
