This role is a remote position based in California City, California, allowing flexibility and convenience in your work setting. However, the LCSW will also provide services in various community environments including schools and family homes, and may occasionally attend the outpatient office for team meetings and case discussions. • Conduct regular meetings with clients and their caregivers to ensure treatment goals are met using evidence-based and culturally sensitive modalities.
• Establish and maintain collaborative relationships with community resources, external providers, and local agencies to enhance service delivery.
• Carry out comprehensive assessments and evaluations to develop tailored care plans for clients, addressing their specific needs and challenges.
• Facilitate case planning and offer clinical insights to team members regarding clinical and casework issues, ensuring integrated treatment approaches.
• Document all mental health notes, care plans, and incident reports accurately and promptly, maintaining compliance with organizational policies.
• Provide timely crisis intervention services according to established protocols, potentially including participation in an on-call rotation.
• Engage in individual and group clinical supervision to enhance skills and ensure best practices in client care.
• Uphold strict confidentiality standards for all client-related information and safeguard operational integrity.

The LCSW will focus on a vulnerable yet resilient client population, which includes youth and young adults dealing with various mental health challenges. • Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution, leading to LCSW licensure.
• Active California LCSW license, in good standing.
• A minimum of two years of relevant experience in a clinical or rehabilitation setting, specifically with individuals who have encountered traumatic brain injuries, spinal cord injuries, or acute medical diagnoses.
• Current CPR certification.
• Outstanding organizational and critical thinking capabilities, along with strong communication skills.
• Proficient knowledge of effective assessment, interviewing, and counseling techniques.

• Experience working with youth and families from diverse backgrounds.
• Familiarity with community resources and local support systems, enhancing service integration.
• Training in trauma-informed care and evidenced-based practices.

Comfort Console Psychotherapy offers a competitive salary ranging from $90,000.00 to $100,000 annually, supplemented by a comprehensive benefits package.
