• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' psychological and social needs via virtual sessions.
• Develop customized treatment plans that address the unique circumstances of each client, ensuring alignment with their personal goals.
• Implement evidence-based interventions and strategies to facilitate positive behavioral changes and enhance life skills.
• Advocate for clients' rights and connect them with essential resources, including housing, employment, and healthcare services.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including medical providers and mental health professionals, to coordinate and optimize client care.
• Document all clinical interactions and treatment progress in accordance with ethical and legal standards ensuring all records are maintained accurately and confidentially.

As a Remote Social Worker at Breathe Easy Counseling Solutions, you will primarily support clients facing a wide range of issues, including mental health disorders, family dynamics, substance use, and socioeconomic challenges. By fostering strong therapeutic relationships, you will empower clients to develop coping strategies, enhance their self-efficacy, and promote personal growth. • Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program.
• Current Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) certification in the state of Oregon.
• A minimum of three years' experience in a clinical social work setting, demonstrating expertise in assessment, diagnosis, and treatment.
• Exceptional communication, empathetic listening, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse clients.
• Proficient in using technology and virtual platforms for telehealth services, ensuring engagement and effective service delivery.

• Experience working with underrepresented populations and a variety of presenting issues.
• Familiarity with community resources available in Oregon.
• Background in crisis intervention and trauma-informed care.
• Knowledge of local, state, and federal regulations affecting mental health and social services.
