You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including educators, school counselors, and healthcare professionals, utilizing technology to facilitate communication and patient care. • Provide outpatient psychotherapy to students struggling with various mental health conditions, such as anxiety, depression, and PTSD.
• Conduct initial assessments and ongoing evaluations of students' mental and emotional health, establishing comprehensive profiles to inform treatment decisions.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices that are culturally competent and tailored to each student's unique needs.
• Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and other healthcare professionals to promote integrated care and develop a support network for students.
• Monitor and adjust treatment approaches based on student progress, feedback, and any emerging concerns, ensuring responsive care.
• Educate students and their families on mental health issues, treatment options, and available community resources to foster understanding and participation in care.
• Maintain adherence to ethical practices, ensuring confidentiality and informed consent in all interactions with clients.

Your primary focus will be on school-aged children and adolescents who are facing a range of mental health challenges. By providing tailored mental health services, you will enable these young individuals to navigate their personal difficulties, develop coping strategies, and reach their full potential in both academic and social settings.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program.
• Current state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience providing psychotherapy within community or school settings.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills necessary for establishing rapport with students and collaborating with school personnel.
• Demonstrated clinical competency in conducting assessments and formulating treatment plans.
• Experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems to track patient data and facilitate efficient care management.
• In-depth knowledge of mental health conditions and the challenges faced by at-risk youth.
• Commitment to upholding confidentiality and ethical conduct in all professional interactions.

• Experience working in school settings or with children and adolescents.
• Familiarity with community resources available for mental health support and referrals.
• Background in solution-focused and evidence-based therapeutic modalities.
