This position is fully remote, allowing you to provide essential services from the comfort of your own home while maintaining a healthy work-life balance. As part of a detox center, you will interact with clients who are in a sensitive phase of their recovery journey. Our virtual environment utilizes advanced telehealth technologies and case management software that facilitate seamless communication with team members and clients alike.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients’ psychosocial needs, determining the appropriate interventions that will support their recovery.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on thorough evaluations, client goals, and medical advice, ensuring a tailored approach to each client's unique situation.
• Coordinate and monitor clients' progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans and facilitating access to additional community resources and support services as needed.
• Act as a strong advocate for clients, ensuring their rights are protected and that they have access to all necessary resources, including mental health services, case management, and substance abuse treatment.
• Engage in regular collaboration with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, addiction specialists, and other mental health professionals, to provide holistic care and enhance patient outcomes.
• Participate in regular training and development sessions to stay updated on best practices in social work and addiction recovery.

This role predominantly focuses on individuals seeking detoxification from substance use disorders. You will work with clients who may be experiencing various challenges related to addiction, including co-occurring mental health issues. Your expertise will help these individuals navigate their recovery paths and empower them to rebuild their lives.

• A Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.
• Current Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) credential in the state of Oregon.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience providing comprehensive social work services, ideally in addiction or mental health settings.
• Exceptional communication skills, combined with compassion and the ability to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.
• Proficiency in using remote work technologies, including video conferencing tools, electronic health records (EHR), and other digital communication methods.

While not mandatory, candidates with a strong background in addiction recovery, trauma-informed care, or experience in detox centers are highly favored. Familiarity with evidence-based practices in social work and an understanding of the unique challenges faced by individuals seeking recovery will be beneficial in this role.
