This position offers the flexibility of remote work while being integrated into the school setting. You will collaborate with educators, school staff, and families to create a well-rounded support system. Our remote structure allows you to effectively manage your time while ensuring that you remain accessible and responsive to the needs of your clients. Work hours are standard, Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

• Provide individualized psychotherapy tailored to the unique needs of students struggling with conditions such as anxiety, depression, and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD).
• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate students’ mental health, emotional well-being, and social functioning.
• Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans that address the specific needs and cultural backgrounds of each patient.
• Collaborate closely with educators, school administrators, and medical providers, ensuring a holistic approach to mental health care.
• Regularly monitor and document patient progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans based on feedback and observed outcomes.
• Provide psychoeducation and resources to students and their families, empowering them with knowledge about mental health conditions and available support.
• Uphold the highest ethical standards in practice, ensuring confidentiality and informed consent in all interactions.

You will primarily engage with school-aged children and adolescents from diverse backgrounds, addressing a spectrum of mental health issues. Understanding the unique challenges faced by students, including academic pressures and social dynamics, is crucial. Your role will not only involve direct intervention but also prevention strategies, enabling students to develop resilience and coping mechanisms.

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Current state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• A minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience providing mental health services, particularly in school or educational settings.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to foster trust with students and collaborate effectively with staff.
• Strong clinical skills, including conducting assessments and developing tailored treatment plans.

• Experience working within school systems or with children and adolescents.
• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHRs) and digital tools for managing patient data and tracking treatment progress.
• Knowledge of culturally competent approaches to mental health care that respect and include diverse backgrounds.
