As an LCSW, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive clinical evaluations to assess patients' mental health needs and developing individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices.
• Implementing a variety of therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), tailored to align with your clients' unique circumstances and preferences.
• Maintaining accurate clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations and organizational standards to ensure patient confidentiality and data integrity.
• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to provide holistic, coordinated care to patients.
• Participating in regular case consultations and peer review meetings to share insights and strategies that enhance the quality of care provided to patients.
• Delivering education and support to patients and their families regarding mental health issues, available treatment options, and community resources.

You will work with a diverse clientele, including adults, adolescents, and potentially families who are seeking assistance for various mental health conditions such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders. The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A Master of Social Work (MSW) degree from an accredited institution.
• A valid state license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• A minimum of two years of experience in providing psychotherapy services in a clinical setting.
• Proficient in solution-focused psychotherapeutic interventions and methodologies.
