This role is fully remote, allowing counselors to establish connections with clients from the comfort of their own homes. • Conduct thorough assessments of clients’ mental health status through interviews, questionnaires, and psychological evaluations to accurately identify their needs.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that encompass evidence-based therapeutic techniques tailored to clients’ specific challenges.
• Facilitate regular therapy sessions, utilizing both individual and group formats, to engage clients in their recovery process and empower them with coping strategies.
• Monitor and evaluate client progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary while documenting updates accurately in EHR systems.
• Provide referrals and coordinate with other healthcare providers, including psychiatrists, to ensure comprehensive care for clients with complex needs.

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker-R (LCSW-R) in New York State.
• A minimum of four years of relevant clinical experience, demonstrating expertise in mental health disorders.
• Strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of therapeutic methodologies and evidence-based treatment practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with a diverse patient population.

• Experience in crisis intervention and emergency response, demonstrating the ability to manage challenging situations with composure.
• Proficiency in using electronic health record (EHR) systems and other digital applications pertinent to therapy and documentation.
• Experience in delivering culturally informed care and utilizing inclusive therapeutic practices.

The salary range for this position is between $70,000 and $100,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.
