• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate the mental health and emotional well-being of clients, utilizing standardized evaluation tools and interviews to inform diagnosis and treatment.
• Design and implement personalized treatment plans that are reflective of each client's unique goals, needs, and circumstances, ensuring a collaborative approach to their therapy.
• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions including individual, family, and group therapy sessions through secure telehealth platforms, ensuring accessibility for clients.
• Regularly monitor and document clients' progress throughout their treatment journey, offering adjustments to plans as necessary to maintain effective outcomes.
• Provide crisis intervention and immediate support for clients experiencing mental health emergencies, employing techniques that prioritize client safety and stability.
• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records, adhering to ethical standards and legal requirements, while continuously seeking to improve documentation and communication practices.
• Engage in continuous learning by staying current with emerging trends in mental health care and research to enhance treatment methodologies.
• Participate in supervision meetings and clinical training opportunities to refine skills and receive feedback, fostering a culture of growth and learning.

The clients you will serve range from adults to adolescents dealing with a variety of emotional and psychological challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. You will have the opportunity to impact their lives positively, promoting recovery and resilience.

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a closely related field is required.
• Current licensure as a Mental Health Therapist in the state of Illinois (LMFT, LCPC, or LCSW).
