You will collaborate closely with our multi-disciplinary treatment team via virtual platforms to ensure seamless communication and continuity of care. Our remote setting leverages state-of-the-art telehealth technologies to facilitate effective therapy sessions, outreach, and follow-ups.

• Perform comprehensive psychosocial assessments to understand clients' needs and formulate personalized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices.
• Deliver solution-focused and trauma-informed therapies using various modalities suited to client preferences and clinical needs.
• Monitor client progress through regular feedback and assessments, adjusting treatment plans accordingly to optimize outcomes.
• Document and maintain accurate, confidential records in compliance with HIPAA guidelines and organizational policies, ensuring proper continuity of care.
• Engage in regular consultations with a dedicated treatment team, contributing insights and recommendations during case reviews to enhance therapeutic effectiveness.
• Stay informed on the latest developments in mental health research, therapies, and practices to innovate care strategies continuously.

Your primary focus will be on individuals dealing with trauma, anxiety, and depression. You will work with a diverse array of clients, including adolescents, adults, and senior populations, providing individualized care that respects cultural and personal values. Your role will directly impact their journey toward recovery and overall mental well-being.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Current and active LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker) license in the state of Illinois.
• Proficient in various therapeutic techniques and a solid understanding of mental health principles.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to foster positive therapeutic relationships with clients and team members.
• Ability to work autonomously while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
