Real Beginnings Rehab and Counseling Center is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) to join our fully remote mental health clinic. In your role as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker, you will be responsible for a range of clinical services, including but not limited to:

• Conducting comprehensive clinical assessments for clients presenting various mental health issues.
• Developing individualized treatment plans that utilize evidence-based, solution-focused therapeutic interventions tailored to each client's unique needs.
• Implementing therapeutic modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), among others, to facilitate effective psychotherapy sessions.
• Documenting patient progress accurately through timely clinical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations and best practice standards.
• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary treatment team—which may include psychiatrists, psychologists, and other social workers—to ensure holistic care for all patients.
• Participating in team meetings, case consultations, and peer reviews to continuously enhance the quality of clinical services offered.
• Providing education and support to patients and their families about mental health issues, treatment options, and relevant community resources.
• Staying informed of the latest advancements and best practices in mental health to continually incorporate new knowledge into your work.

You will work with a diverse population of clients, ranging from children in school settings to adults facing day-to-day mental health challenges. Our clinic emphasizes providing culturally competent care, acknowledging and respecting the backgrounds and unique experiences of each client. With a primary focus on accessibility, you will engage clients through telehealth services, allowing you to offer critical support regardless of their location.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program.
• A valid license to practice as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in the state of Washington.
• At least 2 years of clinical experience in providing psychotherapy services.
• Demonstrated proficiency in solution-focused psychotherapy techniques, with a preference for knowledge of various evidence-based interventions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills capable of fostering trusting relationships with clients and their families.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities to devise effective treatment plans based on individual client assessments.
• A collaborative mindset, with proven experience working dynamically within a team to enhance overall patient care.

• Experience working with school-aged individuals and their families, particularly in a virtual setting.
• Familiarity with telehealth technologies and remote therapy platforms.
• Previous involvement in program development or community outreach related to mental health.
