In this role, you will work closely with a diverse population, primarily consisting of school-aged children and their families. You will address a range of challenges including anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral issues. Your interventions will not only help students achieve better academic outcomes but also enhance their overall emotional health.

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program.
• A valid and active LCSW or LSCSW license in the state of Kansas.
• Proven knowledge of solution-focused psychotherapy techniques and a strong foundation in evidence-based practices.
• Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills that enable effective interaction with clients and colleagues.

• A minimum of two years of post-graduate experience in a clinical setting, particularly in school-based or community mental health environments.
