This position offers the flexibility of remote work, allowing you to engage with clients, conduct assessments, and participate in collaborative meetings from a location that suits you. While you will primarily work during standard business hours, there may be occasional evening and weekend commitments based on client needs and program activities. • Conduct thorough assessments of clients' social and emotional needs, identifying barriers to their well-being.
• Develop and implement individualized service plans that detail specific goals, interventions, and methods for progress tracking.
• Provide counseling services to individuals and families facing a variety of life challenges, ensuring they feel heard and supported.
• Assist clients in accessing community resources, including housing assistance, job training, and mental health services.
• Deliver crisis intervention and risk assessment services as required, prioritizing client safety and well-being.

You will work predominantly with individuals and families from diverse backgrounds, facing various social challenges. Our client population includes those experiencing mental health crises, domestic instability, and economic hardship. This position requires sensitivity and cultural competence, as you will advocate for clients navigating complex social systems while implementing trauma-informed care principles effectively.

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program is required for this role.
• An active state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is mandatory.
• Demonstrated expertise in social work practices, particularly in case management and mental health interventions.
• Familiarity with social and economic justice issues along with a strong foundation in trauma-informed care methodologies.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, including effective communication and problem-solving abilities, to engage with clients compassionately.

• Experience working in a social service agency or similar setting is highly preferred.
• Previous roles involving direct client interaction, advocacy, and community collaboration will enhance your application.

The position offers a competitive salary range of USD 60,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition, we provide a generous sign-on bonus as we welcome new team members.
