Our work facility is a virtual Detox Center, focusing on rehabilitative care and early intervention services within the community.

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments to identify the needs and strengths of children and families, guiding the development of tailored intervention strategies.
• Participate actively in the Individualized Family Service Plan (IFSP) development and implementation, ensuring that each family is engaged in the process and informed of their child's progress.
• Monitor and document outcomes, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to adjust services based on real-time feedback and observations.
• Provide holistic support to families, offering evidence-based strategies and resources that promote the child's overall development and family engagement.
• Deliver professional support adhering to all Federal and State regulations to maintain compliance and quality standards.
• Employ natural learning environment practices, adapting approaches to suit varied learning styles and developmental needs.
• Use coaching models to empower families, encouraging them to take an active role in their child's developmental journey.
• Maintain a safe and welcoming atmosphere for children and caregivers, fostering trust and open communication.

Our focus is on supporting infants and toddlers who may have disabilities or developmental delays. As an LCSW, you will engage with children aged 0-3, enabling their development in areas such as physical, cognitive, social/emotional, and communication skills. The effective execution of your role will make a profound difference in the lives of families navigating challenging circumstances.

• A Master’s Degree or Doctorate in Social Work is required.
• Current LCSW licensure issued by the Department of Public Health.
• A valid driver’s license is necessary for potential client-related travel.
• One year of hands-on experience in early intervention settings, demonstrating a profound understanding of the specific needs of the pediatric population.
