What is a remote social compliance auditor?

Remote Social Compliance Auditors are professionals who assess and verify that companies and their supply chains adhere to social responsibility standards, such as fair labor practices, workplace safety, and ethical sourcing, without needing to be physically present at the site. They conduct audits through virtual methods like video calls, document reviews, and worker interviews to ensure compliance with regulations and industry codes of conduct. Their work helps organizations maintain ethical operations and meet stakeholder expectations for social responsibility.
